Welcome to the 2021 Saskatchewan Cattlemen's Association Board of Directors Election. You may select up to ONE (1) candidate when voting.

This election website will close on Friday, December 3, 2021, at 4 p.m. Each individual who votes online will be required to:

1. Input the unique ID number you received in the voter letter.


2. Agree to the statement “I will only vote once in this election.”



3. Agree you are voting as a registered producer or on behalf of a registered producer as defined in the following statement:

   • I have paid, or the corporation, association, society or other designation for which I am a designated representative, has paid a deduction pursuant to Section 25.1 of The Cattle Development Plan Regulations, 2010 in the last levy period.
   • I have not, nor the corporation, association, society or other designation for which I am a designated representative has not, received a refund of a deduction pursuant to Section 25.2 of The Cattle Development Plan Regulations, 2010 in the last two years.
   • I have examined the Saskatchewan Cattlemen's Association District map and affirm that I have my primary residence, or in the case of a corporation, association, society, or other designation, has its head office, in District #6.



4. State whether you are voting as an individual OR on behalf of a corporation, etc.
   • Regulation 29(2) of the Cattle Development Plan Regulations provide that only registered cattle producers can hold office or vote. (as described in above #3) IF the registered cattle producer is a corporation, association, society or other designation, it must designate a representative to nominate, vote and hold office. This means that nominees and their nominators must be properly designated if they themselves are not registered producers.
